This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, consultations, counselling sessions, workshops, online courses, training programs, and educational services offered by Shrikant Shastri.
Appointment Cancellation
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be eligible for rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not qualify for a refund.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed and the consultation has commenced.

Workshops & Training Programs

Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will normally be reversed automatically by the payment gateway or banking institution. Where required, verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment method after confirmation.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional situations may be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of management.
